How we estimate automation value

The savings shown on your dashboard are estimates, not a guarantee or a measured figure. They are intended to give a transparent, conservative sense of the time and cost your automations remove from your team.

How the estimate is calculated

• Each automation has an estimated minutes saved per successful run (for example, auto-creating a project's document folders saves roughly 10 minutes of manual setup). Only successful runs count.
• Estimated hours saved are converted to dollars using a default labour rate of $65/hr (AUD), an all-in site-supervisor rate. This rate is adjustable per client.
• Credits spent is what your automations actually consumed this period, net of any refunds for failures on our side.
